The mindset which lead to the creation of this app is to get a little bit better with every workout. We focus on improving individually and not comparing ourselves to anyone but ourselves.
All you really need is yourself because workouts will be bodyweight classes ranging from 20-30 minutes and focused on upper, lower, and full body exercises. There will be options of workouts that include lightweight dumbbells and exercise bands to increase the difficulty if you want. There will also be Pilates and Yoga classes to help you improve your stability and mobility.
The best thing about ‘BettrwithGreg’ is that the workouts are all Iive online with Olympian Greg O’Shea. Greg is also a qualified Pilates and Weight-loss coach so he has well-rounded experience and knowledge of what actually works in the fitness world. All classes will also be available on demand if you cannot make the live workout.
You will get access to the Wellness section where tips will be given regularly about how to get a little bit better in various aspects of life.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
